Joe Ramboldt

Joe Ramboldt is the founding member of the Law Office of Joe Ramboldt, LLC. He was born and raised in the Lake of the Ozarks. Joe received his undergraduate degree at Loyola University in New Orleans. He also attended American University in Washington DC through an internship program in the United States Senate. Joe interned for Senator Kit Bond while in Washington DC. He received his law degree from UMKC School of Law.

    Joe has over a decade of experience in complex criminal matters and litigation. Before starting his own firm, he worked at a medium size firm in Kansas City where he was exposed to all areas of law, from murder cases to complex insurance defense matters.

      After being exposed to many areas of law, Joe decided to dedicate the majority of his practice to criminal defense. He travels all over Missouri and Kansas representing individuals charged with serious crimes, with a specific emphasis on homicides, sex crimes, drug offenses and DWIs.

        Joe also handles traffic and misdemeanor related charges, serious personal injury cases and employment discrimination cases.

          Joe thinks it is important that potential clients should not be embarrassed or apprehensive to discuss their legal matters with him. It’s not his job to judge clients but to represent them vigorously to obtain a favorable outcome.

          Tyson Bramley

          Tyson is a lifelong resident of the Kansas City Metropolitan area. He graduated from Drury University, where he was a men’s soccer team member and obtained a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Spanish and International Political Studies. Between his time in school, Tyson worked for a year for Wells Fargo Financial and he spent year studying Mandarin Chinese while living in Qingdao, Shandong, China. He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Before graduating, he served on the Student Bar Association for three years and was elected President by his peers for his final year.

              Also during Tyson’s last year in law school, he worked for the Johnson County, Kansas District Attorney’s Office. While there, he handled a case load of up to 90 cases. He first chaired multiple bench trials and assisted in trial on the successful prosecution of first-degree murder, rape, and statutory rape.

                  Tyson is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri. He focuses on criminal defense, landlord-tenant issues, and defense of traffic matters. He utilizes his training and experience in the courtroom to defend his clients ardently to find the best practicable solutions.
